Aside from the inherent health risks, being overweight can contribute to a variety of emotional issues that can prevent a person from living a healthy, happy life.


Weight loss is a multi-billion dollar industry, yet statistics show that most people who attempt to lose weight either fail outright or worse, gain back all the weight they lost — and sometimes more.  Why?


I see the same patterns of frustration in women, no matter where they live.  The reasons are numerous, but simply stated; losing the weight isn’t the issue.  Changing the beliefs & behaviors to resolve the emotional issues that led to the weight gain are key. Most of these behaviors, emotions and habits are beyond a person’s conscious awareness and control; they become automatic.


In other words, we may initially lose weight on a trendy diet or program, but then our old automatic patterns show up again because the root cause was not addressed.  You may find yourself right back where you started and usually more frustrated, unhappy and heavier. This creates a feeling of failure, which makes it harder to even try to lose weight the next time.


A Mind-Body approach is a very powerful and effective tool for weight control and weight loss. We can help a person lose weight as quickly as is healthy, and most importantly, keep it off. Why? Getting started is easy!

  • Your decision to take greater control of your life and your health by slimming down is a decision that makes you smile!  Simply deciding to take action has a very powerful effect on the subconscious, starting the process of change.

  • During your initial call and depending on the amount of your desired weight loss, we may begin by having you visit your physician for a consultation and evaluation. It's so important that we address any medical conditions that might be contributing to your condition.  Your health and safety are my top priority.

  • I also recommend that you ask your physician for dietary advice with respect to any medications you might be taking.

  • Since exercise is a part of any successful program to lose weight, it is also important to be sure you are cleared to engage in a program of healthy exercise when it's time to add that into your weight loss journey.

  • If it is recommended that you visit your doctor, I have a form your doctor complete to ensure I design your program in a way that is best for you.

How the program works.


We start with an 8-session package with once-a-week sessions for the first few weeks, moving to biweekly sessions as your weight loss progresses.  You receive text & email support along with success materials throughout your package.  Using a holistic approach to your specific situation, all modalities are safe, painless and powerfully effective.


You'll create and reinforce new eating patterns & an exercise program, build upon your conscious motivation, and solidify your new self-image. Your transformation comes through regular sessions and coaching.  Weight loss done at a safe pace creates lasting results.


Together we will also silence your triggers— the emotional patterns that got you where you are. With each session, with each pound, you will literally be reinventing yourself!
